SUN N' FUN is strictly an agent for the boats listed. 

SUN N' FUN will make a reservation with the boat of your choice on your behalf when they receive a 50% down payment in their checking account with Chase Bank  in the United States. As unusual a system as it is, this method has worked well for the last eight years with great success.  

When you have selected the trip you would like to reserve spaces on, you will need to call us on the phone to.....

• Verify availability
• Receive your deposit amount which includes a personal code for tracking your deposit.
• Receive account information
• Ask any additional questions you may have.

RESERVATIONS are secured when funds are verified in the account. You have the option to FAX over the deposit slip if you want to verify your reservation faster.

REFUNDS

We respect the policies of each of the boat owners. They all generally follow these guidelines.

Payments are fully refundable when:

The Captain cancels due to weather.

The trip does not reach the minimum passenger requirements.

 Payments are partially refundable when:

Customer notifies Sun N' Fun by email or fax of cancellation prior to 48 hours of the scheduled departure.  Sorry, phone calls are not accepted.  Fifteen dollars of deposited amount will be non-refundable.

Customer cancelations within 48 hours and before 24 hours of departure by either email, fax, or in person fifty percent (50%) of their total trips fee are non-refundable. Customer cancels within 24 hours of departure
no refund is due.

GENERAL POLICIES

• We do our best to provide current information on availability, pricing and departures. 
• We respect the individual boat operators policies regarding deposits and refunds.
• All balances need to be cleared the day before departure.
• Each of the boat owner/operators have different methods of receiving payment. 
• Unfortunately, none of the boats are set up to accept credit cards at this time. 
• All the boats accept cash dollars or pesos. Some will accept travelers checks.
• None will honor personal checks.
